Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 31, 2026
Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Velora’s website and our pressure washing and exterior cleaning services. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or otherwise using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Services Provided
Velora provides pressure washing, roof cleaning, driveway and concrete cleaning, deck, patio, and fence cleaning, and window cleaning for residential and commercial properties in Riverside County, CA. The exact scope of work is confirmed with you before service begins.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to confirmation after an on-site or photo assessment. Final pricing may change if the actual scope of work differs from what was described when the quote was given.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking. Late or declined payments may incur additional fees.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule service due to weather or unsafe working conditions.
Property Access and Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe access to the property, working water and power where required, and to disclose any known hazards, fragile surfaces, or prior damage before service begins. Vehicles, furniture, and valuables should be moved away from the work area ahead of your appointment.
Satisfaction and Re-Service
If you’re not satisfied with the results, contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can review the work and, where appropriate, arrange a re-clean at no additional charge. This does not cover pre-existing staining, damage, or wear that pressure washing cannot fully remove.
Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care to protect your property, but exterior cleaning carries inherent risk to aging, damaged, or improperly sealed surfaces. Velora is not liable for pre-existing conditions, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Insurance
Velora carries general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available on request.
Use of This Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to it. Content on this site is owned by Velora and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Velora harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services, except to the extent caused by our own negligence.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Riverside County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
